Great location near restaurants and beach. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance.

Absolutely perfect location near to Hilton Head and the price and airport and Palmetto Dunes, could not be better. Amazing breakfast with variety of eggs and hot waffles.

Very peaceful overall experience. Fairly clean place & very responsive and brilliantly helpful staff. Lovely building and rooms with a nice view. Comfy and ideal location not very far from a miniature golf course. Good restaurant within a close distance from the hotel.

Not accommodating staff!

The breakfast offered a wide array of amazing food. The staff was extremely friendly and solved my issues. The room I stayed in was neat and updated, located on the lower floors.

Cleaning the airs were dirty

room smelled a little bad when we entered and after we arrived a minute later I got the call from the reception. Someone had complained about noises upstairs and I thought it was strange and bed is a little uncomfortable but the rest was regular.

Had a really peaceful stay here without breaking the bank. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help with a smile on their faces all the time 😊.

Magnificent location with a short walk to shopping centers, restaurants, and the beach. Very peaceful experience. The staff were very responsive when we arrived.

Reasonable rates, was able to add a room while there at same rate as previously booked...very nice variety in continental breakfast...just needed a place to sleep daily at a reasonable cost so we could visit friends at beach daily..

Dehumidifier had to be run in room constantly, had to empty it 2-3 times per day. 1st night, kid running around in room upstairs til midnight. Had to call front desk twice and visit it once before resolved...

the location was good, but was a little over priced for the accommodations. will pay a little more for something nicer next time.

The rooms are brand-new and updated, complete with AC, a microwave, and two twin beds. The staff is very helpful and excellent. The hotel’s location is ideal, near restaurants, Shelter Cove, and Savannah - a very nice area. Tide Me Over, which serves quick meals, is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The best part of my stay was that the hotel is located in the middle of everything.

Front desk clerk was rude! When I made my reservation online I opted to pay cash at the hotel I told her I was paying cash at checkout and she charged my card anyway. This was communicated prior to my checking in and my card was still charged. I will not stay at this property again.

I had a great stay during my business trip at Hotel Carolina. the rooms were fairly clean, and the staff was very courteous and attentive. the breakfast, especially the eggs and hot waffles, was delicious. the drinks were also good.
